3rd February 2022 – This week HGPC sent a letter to every Hunts Grove household to ensure that every resident is aware of the Management Company petition along with other Parish news.
As a Parish, we make use of online communications as much as possible, such as our website and social media. This keeps the costs down whilst enabling us to engage immediately with residents and gain feedback.
We are also very much aware that not all residents are online or use social media, therefore for important moments such as this, we will use a posted newsletter to ensure we reach everyone.

Costs
HGPC is a very cost-conscious council and considers very carefully the costs of producing and posting a physical newsletter. Our intention is to do this sparingly, maybe maximum 3-4 times per year.
In some cases, this may be due to an important issue or consultation (like this one on the Management Company), but it is also part of our accessibility policy to ensure we communicate with every resident rather than just those online or on social media.
