Hunts Grove Extension
The Hunts Grove Extension, also known as Lane South of Haresfield Lane, is a planned future development of approx 700 houses in the area shown on the map below.
This area features in the current and draft future Stroud District Council Local Plans. Crest Nicholson have developed an initial masterplan, started the planning process and conducted an initial online public consultation on the draft masterplan in late 2023/early 2024.
The next step is expected to be Crest submitting an outline planning application, which establishes the principle of development and highway connections. Further more detailed planning applications will be required.
