Quadrant Distribution Centre
This is the land in the centre of the business park that is surrounded by Davy Way. It is allocated in the Stroud District Local Plan for employment. An outline planning application was submitted to Stroud District Council in late April 2023 and approved. This planning application matched the proposals that were previously made available to the community by the developers and advertised on the Parish Council website and Facebook page.
